You may also call Ingeer Marketing department to request a copy of the application form. 注2：ICAS根据客户的申请，在2个工作日内向客户提出书面报价及认证协议书。市场部负责向申请方解释认证流程。认证协议一式两份，由市场部以适宜的方式在报价签署后提供给客户，认证协议由双方签字，各持一份。 Note 2: According to the customers application, within two days ICAS will submit a written quotations to client and a certification agreement. The Marketing Department is responsible for explaining the certification process to the applicant. The marketing department will then prepare the Authentication protocol in duplicate form and provide it to the client after signing the quotation, each parties holding a copy of the both signed certification agreement. 注3：客户应在第一阶段审核前至少一周向英格尔提供电子档质量文件，以便英格尔审核员进行审核策划和文件评审。审核员将在现场或电话中与客户沟通。如果第一阶段审核中发现会在第二阶段审核中形成不符合认证标准要求的情况，则必须进行整改完成后方可进行第二阶段审核。（详见17021P03 ）。 Note 3: Customers should offer quality documents of electronic files at least a week before review in the first phase to Ingeer in order for the auditors to conduct audit plan and document review.
