民办高校应用型人才培养研究 摘 要 随着经济社会的发展，我国高等民办院校在高等院校中所占的比例逐年提高，在高等院校中的地位也在不断上升。大批民办院校的产生吸收了大量有学习需要的适龄年轻人，对推动教育大众化起到了重要作用。根据国家教育部指示以及当今时代发展方向，培养应用型人才是民办教育发展的必由之路，然而，民办高校自身仍然存在着教学资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱、课程设置偏差等问题，处理不当，就会面临发展危机。本文旨在阐释民办高等院校发展现状，进而从理论与实践两个方面分析民办高等院校必然要走以培养应用型人才为目的的发展路径。 关键词 民办高等院校 应用型人才 校企合作 中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2016.05.015 Research on the Cultivation of Applied Talents in Private Colleges HU Keli （Shengda Economics Trade Management College of Zhengzhou， Zhengzhou， Henan 451191） Abstract With the development of economy and society， the proportion of private colleges and universities in Colleges and universities is increasing year by year. This paper aims to explain the development of private colleges and universities， and then from two aspects of theory and practice to analyze the development of private colleges and universities must take the development of applied talents for the purpose of development. Key words private college； applied talents； school-enterprise cooperation 1 民办高等院校的存在价值 调查显示，截至2013年6月，我国民办高等院校424所，约占全国高等院校总数的19%，在高等教育发展上占有重要地位，在一定程度上，民办高等院校的兴起是对中国高速发展的经济的一个回应，因此，民办高校课程的设定、师资的组织都必然是以适应经济社会发展需要为目标的。我国民办高校兴起二十年左右，尚处于自身发展的初级阶段。 对于高等教育意义的探讨早已有之，对于大学价值内涵的最初定义为“社会和个人的满足”，也就是说，高等教育培养出的人才，必然是能够满足社会的某种需求，在满足社会需求的同时使人自身的价值得到实现。随着经济的不断发展，大学对人才培养是侧重于“人本主义”还是“理性主义”成为重要的议题，两种价值观念也成为高等教育学校立学的两种不同价值思想体系。直到二十世纪五十年代后，人本主义与功利主义由冲突逐渐走向融合，两者互相吸收，功利主义不再受到排斥，兼容人本主义与功利主义
