GENERAL MISSION职责概述
Directs and Co-ordinate overall activities of the Front Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS职责和方法
Responsible for the entire operation, staffing and equipment of the Front Office.
负责前厅的日常运行工作,员工配置及设备保养.
To report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
准时上岗,保持正确着装以及佩戴胸牌。
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
随时保持良好的仪容仪表。
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
Delegates to and supervise all Managerial staff within the Department and assist them in preparing work schedules.
监督前厅管理层职员的日常工作, 开展对话, 帮助他们准备工作计划。
Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
按照雅高的管理规定开展工作, 做到规范服务一体化.。
Performs special duties as required by the Director of Rooms.
完成临时由房务总监安排的其它任务。
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责
Prepares weekly staffing schedules, monitors staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules.
准备周工作计划,检查员工的出勤情况, 帮助他们准备工作计划。
Controls and verify occupancy forecasts and keep Director of Rooms fully aware of the availability situation in the Hotel, especially when approaching full house.
预计开房率, 将用房情况汇报给房务总监, 尤其是客房率接近100%时。
Maintains a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
准备一本工作日志, 记下事故和 客人投诉, 以便相关部门跟踪解决问题。

Conducts regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Front Office as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

To have a complete understanding of the Hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained.
