淄环工委办[2009]29号 淄博市大武水源地保护工作实施方案 大武水源地是我国北方罕见的特大型岩溶——裂隙地下水水源地，是我市极为重要的城市供水水源，担负着张店、临淄城区80万居民的生活供水和企业生产用水任务。加强大武水源地的管理保护，保证水质达标，确保供水安全，对于促进经济发展、保障群众健康、维护社会稳定至关重要。为进一步加强大武水源地保护管理工作，根据2008年2月18日市政府组织召开的大武水源地管理保护现场办公会提出的“摸清底数、加强管理；协调监测、预警联动；强化治理、应急防范；全面规划、规范治理”的工作要求，依据市政府会议纪要（[2009]7号）精神，特制定大武水源地保护工作方案如下： 一、大武水源地保护区划分 《淄博市大武水源地水资源管理办法》明确规定，大武水源地是指位于临淄区的大武、辛店、南仇三个地下水水源地的闭合富水区域（沿胶济铁路和辛泰铁路呈“フ”形展部，面积43KM2），具体范围是：309国道以南、淄河以西、北刘征村和徐旺村以北、冯北公路以东的闭合区域，面积148KM2，大武水源地中心坐标东经118°13′，北纬36°47′。 按照《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》，根据《饮用水水源保护区划分技术规范》（HJ/T338-2007） yuan, an increase of 17.5%; local government general budget revenue of 500 million Yuan, ...
