摘 要 中小企业要做好绩效考核工作就必须选择好绩效考核方法。绩效考核方法不仅关系着企业的生存与发展,同时也和一国的经济发展密切相关。近年来,我国中小企业绩效考核工作取得了很大的进展,但在考核方法方面还面临一些问题需要加以改进。提出 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises which want to do well the performance appraisal work will have to choose a good performance evaluation method.
