船舶融资租赁中存在的问题与解决对策研究摘要：随着我国传播运输业的发展，船舶融资租赁作为一种新的融资租赁交易方式，资本也更加顺畅地进入海运市场，并得到较高的收益率，海运行业也得到了迅速的发展。但是作为一种新的交易方式，国际海运业还缺乏应有的保障，缺乏法制轨道下健康发展，使得传播融资租赁中存在了不少问题。本文从融资租赁的一般问题着手，试图找到船舶融资租赁的一般规律。通过借鉴国外发达国家船舶融资租赁中经验，找出船舶融资租赁中所特有的一些问题，从而完成从特殊到一般地分析提出解决我国当前传播融资租赁中存在问题的决策，希望能为航海业船舶融资租赁业发展做出一定的贡献。关键词：船舶融资租赁对策ShipfinancingandleasingintheexistingproblemandcountermeasureresearchAbstract:withthedevelopmentofChinesecommunicationtransportation,shipfinancingandleasing,asanewwayoffinancingleasetransactions,capitalmoresmoothlyintothemarinemarket,andhigheryields,themaritimeindustryhasbeenrapidlydeveloping.Butasanewwayoft
