The melting workshop is the core of the design. 1) Design introduction. It concludes suggestion of projects and the contents of designing. 2) The entire factory horizontal plan design. It is consisted the factory site choice, the entire factory horizontal plan design, transportation and so on. 3) Raw materials workshop design .This department includes the kinds of them, fuel, the analysis of component, the equilibrium of the mass, the process and storage of them and the model of the machine. 4) The design of the melting department. This part describes the work mechanism and system of the kiln, the structure of kiln and thermal calculation. 5) Materials forming and packeting workshop design. Mainly it includes the annealing process machine, model indetail, testing of the product and package. 6) Economic and technical appraisal. From six parts of the design, It describes the whole product on process of Canning jar the factory.
