Setup Material .................. 材料 Pilots and Inserts .................. 定位针和下刀 Shims .................. 垫片 Tooling .................. 备件 Strippers .................. 盖板 Screws .................. 螺钉 Detectors .................. 探测仪 Lubrication .................. 润滑 Do’s and Don’ts .................. 可做和不可做 Die Maintenance模具整备 Check for Broken or Worn on Tooling检察备件上是否有损坏或破损 Replace Worn Screws 更换破损螺丝 Check Last Progression for Any Tool Marks 检查最后一条样带看是否有压伤 Grease the Die 给模具上润滑油 Double Check for Loose Screws 再次检查是否有松动了的螺丝 Remove all Springs From Die and Close by hand on bench to ensure Die Closes Properly 从模具里面去掉所有弹簧，并在模具工作台上闭合模具以确保模具正确闭合 Sharpen Tools Everytime die is on bench For C/O or die preparation. 模具每次在工作台上准备换型号或模具整备时，研磨备件。 SETUP Improper Feed Table Height 送料台高度不正确 Improper Feed Setting 布距设置不正确 Improper Pilot Release Pilot释放角不正确 Too Long Mounting Screws 安装螺钉太长 Check for Burrs on Die Shoes 检查下模上是否有毛刺 Check for Burrs on Adaptor Plates Bolster Plates 检查适配板和垫板上是否有毛刺 Material材料 Pilots and Inserts Shims垫片 Tooling备件 Strippers盖板 Stripper Dowels that are not Sticking out of the Stripper Far enough 盖板的定位销粘接的不要离盖板太远 Look for Slugs Under the Strippers 观察盖板上是否有金属小块 Damaged or Bowed Strippers 检查盖板是否有损坏或弯曲处 Screws螺钉 Worn Screws should be Replaced需要更换掉破损螺钉 Worn Set Screws that hold Pilots and Bushings should be Replaced 固定定位针和导套的顶丝如有破损，需更换掉。 Properly Tighten all Screws Especially Clamp Screws and Stripper Plate 正确拧紧所有螺钉，尤其是紧固螺钉和盖板 Never Over-tighten Screws 决不过度紧固螺钉 Misfeed Detectors Any WIs which requires a misfeed detectors must use the misfeed detectors 作业指导书上任何要求使用探测仪的，必须使用步距探测仪。 To Protect Die from Damage always Use Misfeed Detector or Buckle Detector为了保护模具避免损坏，始终使用布距探测仪和弯曲探测仪 Do NOT Disable Misfeed Sensors or Safety Devices on the Press 不要使冲压机上的布距感应器和安全装置失去工作能力 Use Care when Handling Misfeed Detectors to Prevent
