论人性化管理在合资制造型企业中的应用 --以上海新格有色金属有限公司为例 摘 要 由于现代企业在管理上越来越趋于人性化，并将此种趋势逐渐升级成一种理论，而这种人性化管理的理念也正被越来越多的企业接受和运用。所以想通过此篇文章，将人性化管理重视员工、重用员工、注重员工潜能开发的理念介绍给大家。并针对现代发达国家中企业主要运用人性化管理的几方面，如在对员工情感上的尊重、信任与关怀；在管理上的民主自理，对员工在潜能上的开发以及企业的文化管理等进行简单介绍。并通过在我国合资制造型企业中的调查研究，结合企业自身情况，分析企业在情感管理，民主管理，员工潜能开发，企业文化等方面的实际应用情况，对企业的人性化管理做一个更好的诠释。 最终希望各类企业能够结合企业自身情况，根据企业自身条件，寻找出适合企业自己的人性化管理模式，为企业的进一步发展寻求一条康庄大道。 关键词：企业管理、人性化、合资制造型 Human Nature Management application for Joint Manufacture Enterprise – Take Shanghai Sigma Mental Limited Company as the example Abstract Since the modern enterprise more and more tends to human nature management, and promotes this tendency to a kind of theory gradually, which is also being accepted and applied by more and more enterprises. Therefore I want to through this passage to introduce the idea of human nature management which attachs importance to the employees, puts employees in an important position, pays great attention to the potential development of the staff to readers. Morever, this simplly introduces several aspects of human nature management which have been uesd in the enterprise of modern developed country, aiming at respecting, trusting and concerning employees in emotion; takeing care of oneself in the management, developping staffs potential as well as enterprises cultural management. Connecting with the investigation in joint manufacture enterprise in our country, combining with enterprise own situation, analysing practical application situations in the enterprise of the emotion management, the democratic management, the development of staffs’ potential and enterprise culture as well, making a better annotation to enterprises human nature management. Finally, it takes hope to each kind of enterprise that can combine with enterprise’s own situation, accord to enterprise’s own condition to seek a kind of human nature management fitting the enterprise and a broad road for enterprises further development.
