江苏民营上市公司绩效与两权分离实证研究 [参考文献]本文比较江苏民营上市公司和江苏非民营上市公司、并考察了这些上市公司所有权、控制权以及两权分离程度。研究发现江苏民营上市公司的经营绩效优于江苏非民营上市公司，但其两权分离程度显著高于非民营上市公司。通过进一步研究发现，实际控制人参与管理的公司两权分离程度更高但其业绩更好，这表明导致两权分离的金字塔持股结构对实际控制人参与管理的江苏企业可能起到缓解融资瓶颈等正面效应。 [关键词]民营上市公司　　公司治理　　经营绩效　　两权分离 [Abstract] We compare the firm performance of privately-owned firms and state-owned firms in Jiangsu province, and exam their ownership, control and separation between ownership and control.
