金昌市农村土地整理使用的制度改革分析 摘要：土地整理作为一项土地资源管理措施，在具体的实施过程中有效地促进了农村经济的发展，但随着农村现代化、城镇化、工业化的发展，土地使用制度面临着不断规范和完善。本文是以金昌市为例，通过运用理论和实践资料就土地整理的背景、现状、及对未来发展道路进行分析，揭示土地整理和农村土地使用制度之间相互促进、共同发展的关系。 关键词：金昌；农村；土地整理；制度改革 Abstract The land arrangement is used as a land resources management measure, promoted the economic development in village availably in a specific way into practice, but is modern along with the village, the town turns, the development of the industrialization ,the land usage system faces continuously norm with perfect.
