我国上市公司资本结构微观决定因素分析 　　摘要：我国上市公司资本结构的一个突出特点就是偏好股权资本，而内源融资和债权融资的比重偏低，这一现象有悖于经典的资本结构理论。本文分析了决定我国上市公司资本结构的微观因素，并提出了优化我国上市公司资本结构的意见及建议。 　　Abstract：One of prominent characteristics of capital structure of Chinalsquo;s listed companies is preference to equity capital，while the proportion of retained earnings and debt capital is comparatively low.This result is in conflict with traditional capital structure theory.This paper analyses micro determinative factors of capital structure of listed companies，and provides inside views and suggestions of improvement. 　　关键词： 资本结构 capita
