植入BigBag高度近视专用人工晶状体治疗高度近视并发性白内障的效果观察 [摘 要] 目的：探讨植入BigBag高度近视专用人工晶状体治疗高度近视并发性白内障效果。方法：高度近视并发性白内障患者60例（60眼） 根据入院顺序分成两组，治疗组与对照组各30例，所有患者都采用超声乳化合并人工晶状体植入术，对照组植入的为HQ201-hep晶状体，治疗组植入的为BigBag晶状体。结果：两组术前眼压与前房深度对比无明显差异，术后都有明显改善（P0.05）。两组未见炎症反应、黄斑水肿、视网膜脱离等严重并发症发生。术后随访3个月，治疗组的最佳矫正视力值明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论：BigBag高度近视专用人工晶状体辅助治疗高度近视并发性白内障对于玻璃体的支撑作用较普通人工晶状体大，能提高随访视力，安全性好，其机制在于其能更加有效改善眼压与前房深度。[关键词] 高度近视；白内障；BigBag专用人工晶状体；并发症 中图分类号：R776 文献标识码：B 文章编号：2055-5200（2014）01-051-03 Doi：10.11876/mimt座机电话号码3 The effects analyis of Implanted BigBag special intraocular lens for treating high myopia with cataract LI Xuan1，LIU Zhuo2. （1.Department of ophthalmology， Affiliated Dongfeng Hospital， Hubei Medical University， Hubei Shiyan 442008；2.Department of stomatology， Affiliated Dongfeng Hospital， Hubei Medical University， Hubei Shiyan 442008） [Abstract] Objective： To investigate effects of Implanted BigBag special intraocular lens for treating high myopia with cataract. Methods： 60 patients （60 eyes） of high myopia with cataract were equally divided into two groups according to order of admission - the treatment group and control group， all patients were used phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation ， and the control group were implanted HQ201 -hep lens， the treatment group were implanted BigBag lens. Results： The preoperative IOP and anterior chamber depth compared had no significant difference and were significantly improved after surgery （P 0.05）. there were no inflammation， macular edema， retinal detachment and other serious complications were occured. Postoperative follow-up three months， the best corrected visual acuity of the treatment group were significantly higher while the difference had statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion： Implanted BigBag special intraocular lens for treating high myopia with cataract has better supporting role for vitreous than ordinary IOL，its security was better， it may be related to effectively improve the IOP and anterior chamber
