Abstract：The development features of Chinese medicinal herb enterprises were analyzed. According with status of Chinese medicinal herbs industry, the development strategy for Chinese medicinal herb enterprises is put forward as follows: ①to carry out standardized production;②to develop high value-added products; ③to increase talent reservation;④ to pay close attention to protect intellectual property; ⑤to quicken step of informatization construction.
