中小企业融资难问题探索 ——以金蝶软件科技公司为例 摘 要 ： 随着社会经济的快速发展，我国的中小企业也在加快发展，而且在提供就业、税收奉献、技术创新、地区经济共同发展以及新农村建设中占据十分重要的地位。但是目前还是许多中小企业难以获得银行贷款，融资困境阻碍着我国中小企业的进一步发展。所以笔者认为开展对我国中小企业融资现状的分析是很有实际意义的，本课题选择了金蝶软件公司作为案例，先分析中小企业融资的现状，接着论述造成我国中小企业融资现状问题的内外部原因，最后针对现状问题和原因提出建议来解决中小企业融资现状的问题，主要从企业内部，政府、金融机构等方面进行改进。本次研究的主要目的就是通过现状及原因分析提出现实可行的对策，希望供其他企业、政府及金融机构参考借鉴，以便促进我国中小企业的发展，缓解融资困难问题。 关键词：中小企业；融资现状；现状问题；内外原因；对策建议 Analysis of financing of SMEs — Kingdee Software Technology Corporation Abstract：With the rapid social and economic development, Chinas SMEs are also accelerate the development, but also in providing employment, tax dedication to occupy a very important role in technological innovation, the regional economic development and new rural construction. But still many SMEs are difficult to obtain bank loans, financing predicament hinder the further development of SMEs in China. I believe that to carry out the analysis of the status quo of SME financing in China is a very practical significance, the subject selected Kingdee software company as a case, the first analysis of the status of SME financing, and then discusses the internal and external reasons for the current problems of SME financing in China Finally, current problems and causes of recommendations to address the issue of SME financing status quo, primarily from within the enterprise, government, financial institutions and other aspects to improve. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the status quo and the reasons put forward realistic solutions for other businesses, governments and financial institutions for reference to, in order to facilitate the development of SMEs in China, to ease the financing difficulties.
