（31） 2009年9月30日 平远县学习贯彻十七届四中全会精神情况汇报 为传达贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神，我县于9月25日召开了县委常委（扩大）会议，县五套班子全体领导成员、各镇党委书记、县直各系统党委书记60多人参加了会议。会议学习了胡锦涛总书记受中央政治局委托作的工作报告全县各级各部门把学习党的十七届中全会精神，作为当前一项重要的政治任务，迅速学习贯彻全会精神的热潮贯彻十七届中全会精神，加强和改进新形势下党的建设党的十七届四中全会闭幕后，传达好、学习好、贯彻好、落实好党的十七届四中全会精神当前紧迫而重要的政治任务加强理想信念教育和党性党风党纪教育十七届四中全会精神加宣传，营造氛围。搭建多层次平台，党校党委中心组培训渠道，采取领导学、座谈促学方式，组织以上领导干部基层党员干部广泛深入学习全会精神和《决定》，广东女子职业技术学院举办首期青年女干部培训班46名女干部。广大农村党组织和党员干部利用不同的方式向宣讲会精神，把及时送入千家万户、送到村民心中全会审议通过的《决定》，以改革创新精神推进党的建设新情况新问题与时俱进科学分析积极探索符合实际、具有特色的党建工作途径“转变作风抓落实”保障和落实党员的知情权、参与权、选举权、监督权。以健全和规范制度为工作突破口，着力构建针对性强、便于操作、切实管用的防范党员干部违法违纪问题发生的长效机制等规章制度按照年初确定工作，抓好增长、民生、保稳定工作增长民生积极克服国际金融危机给群众生活带来的不利影响，保稳定严格落实责任制，精心组织，周密部署，加强信访、安保、社会治安综合治理、安全生产、庆祝建国60周年等工作，始终保持社会大局和谐稳定，进一步营造团结向上的良好氛围妥善化解社会热点、难点问题,防止群体性事件的发生,切实维护社会稳定。 manufacturers of technical documents on the quality requirements applicable to this project.
