复方丹参滴丸联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛68例临床疗效观察 徐海莉 [摘要] 目的：观察复方丹参滴丸联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果。方法：将133例不稳定型心绞痛患者，依照就诊的先后顺序随机分为2组。对照组65例，给予硝酸酯类药物常规治疗；观察组68例，在对照组的治疗基础上，给予中成药复方丹参滴丸口服、丹红注射液静脉滴注。4W为一个疗程。结果：观察组的心绞痛与心电图改变情况的总有效率分别为95.59%、97.06%；对照组为心绞痛与心电图改变情况的总有效率分别为86.15%，73.85%。结论：不稳定型心绞痛患者在西药治疗的基础上，使用复方丹参滴丸及丹红注射液能明显增加临床疗效，值得临床推广运用。 [关键词] 不稳定型心绞痛；中成药；心脑血管病变；疗效观察 CSDP United Danhong injection treatment of unstable angina clinical observation of 68 cases Xu Haili [Abstract] Objective: To observe the CSDP United Danhong injection treatment of unstable angina treatment.
