Checklist and Guidance Notes Template Data on packaging to support the registration/authorisation of a preparation in accordance with Annex III of Directive 91/414/EC.  This document was prepared by ECPA Packaging Expert Group in consultation with The UK Pesticides Safety Directorate. Companies may use it as a template to standardise the format and content of their packaging data submissions as required by Annex III of 91/414/EC. A further objective is to meet all the requirements of Annex III and reduce the need for questions and additional supporting information. Pages 2 and 3 may be printed and included as an Appendix to any submission. Alternatively the file can be saved as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file and submitted electronically with a digitised signature. Save the file to your local drive e.g. D:\MSOFFICE\WINWORD\TEMPLATE. When you start Word or click New, Word creates a new document based on the template you select. Whilst completing this document, placing the cursor on yellow marked areas will reveal the notes on the actual text of the directive and other useful information.
