摘 要 本文对锅炉的结构以及载荷作用条件进行了分析与研究，并依据JB4732《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》对锅炉壁厚利用ANSYS软件采用solid45单元和plane82单元对锅炉的各部分进行了应力和疲劳；有限元；应力分析；疲劳分析Abstract In this paper, the structure of the boiler and the load conditions are analyzed and studied, and then according to JB4732 Steel Pressure Vessels-analysis of design standards the thickness of all the parts of the boiler wall are preliminaryly designed. Based on the relevant mechanical theories the boiler is divided into four reasonable components in this paper and the mechanical model of all the parts of the boiler are found with the help of ANSYS software. Taking into
