Competition among countries, to a large extent depends on the competition of strategic industries. In the context of the international division of labor, how to occupy a favorable position in the global value chain will determine the future of the national economy. Porter Value Chain Analysis of Germanys emerging strategic industries value chain analysis and research, with an emphasis on the German Automotive Industry Value Chain upgrade path, the laser industry value chain layout. Based on the value chain strategic industry in Germany, the implementation of Chinas strategic industries proposed a number of recommendations designed to learn ways and means for the development of strategic industries.
