摘 要 为了设计一款造型时尚，受消费者欢迎的手机，先通过查阅文献资料和市场调查等方式，了解手机市场和消费者的需求，确定手机的定位，进而确定手机的定位并设计出相应的设计方案。通过对设计方案的分析，确定最终方案后进行深入设计以及制作proe模型，并用proe的塑料顾问模块进行浇口分析，对手机后盖进行分析和手机后盖模具型腔设计以及模具型腔的注塑模设计，编写模具型腔的NC代码并且加工出实物模型，最后再使用keyshot对模型进行渲染。加工出实体模型之后，可以看出手机后盖的模型以及模具型腔设计的合理性以及加工难度并加以改进。 关键词 手机，覆盖件，模具，制造  ABSTRACT In order to design a mobile phone, which has fashionable appearance molding and is popular with consumers, I tried to understand the market of mobile phone and the demand of consumers by many ways, such as consulting documentation, researching market and so on, to determine the phones location, and
