Firstly, This paper conducts investigation and Analysis on the Changshu City real estate market, including the regional environment and macro environment of city, the citys real estate market environment, city consumption ability,the project regional environment, on the basis of this, from the project construction background, investment environment, technical solutions and suggestions, project schedule, project cost estimates, the comparison of project, financial evaluation, risk and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis, the project development prospects, high return on investment, the investment cycle short conclusion. Finally, the full text of the summary of the project is feasible.
