城市垃圾中转站的空间布局及垃圾处理分析 ——以衡阳市为例 摘要：城市的人居环境发展离不开城市垃圾场和中转站的建设水平，探讨影响垃圾场和中转站空间布局的因子对城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。为了分析衡阳市珠晖区、蒸湘区、雁峰区、石鼓区的中转站和吉兴垃圾场的空间布局的合理性，以及垃圾场处理垃圾的方式对人居环境的影响，本文利用邻避因子构建邻避指数来探讨邻避程度，采用了实地调查法、问卷调研法和层次分析法，将18个因子分为公众认知、中转站垃圾场行为和政府行为三大类进行数据统计。通过调查发现和问卷数据分析，我们将针对城市垃圾中转站和垃圾场的空间布局以及垃圾处理方式等方面存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方案。 关键词：衡阳市、垃圾中转站和垃圾场、邻避效应、垃圾处理 Analysis of the spatial layout of city garbage dump and transfer station, and the methods of waste treatment, from the perspective of human settlement environment. ——A case study in Hengyang Liuyirui, Hedinglin, ZhangYu, YuMei, Houzhihui,Tangxiangyingzi Abstract：The development of human settlement environment in city can’t do without the construction level of city garbage dump and transfer station. The exploration of the spatial layout of city garbage dump and transfer station has vital significance on a sustainable development of city. In order to analyze the rationality of the spatial layout of JiXing garbage dump, and the transfer station of ZhuHui area, ZhengXiang area, YanFeng area, ShiGu area in HengYang, as well as the influence that the method of waste treatments bring about, this thesis utilizes NIMBY factors constructing NIMBY index to explore the NIMBY degree, and adopt the methods of field survey , questionnaire survey and AHP, divide the 18 NIMBY index into three parts named Public Cognition, Waste Behavior and Government Behavior to gather statistics. Through the field survey and the analysis of questionnaire survey, we will find the problems of the spatial layout of city garbage dump ,transfer station, and the methods of waste treatment, finally, we will bring up the corresponding solutions. Key words：HengYang , city garbage dump and transfer station, NIMBY,refuse disposal solutions. 随着城市化的不断发展，城市生活垃圾污染问题日益受到人们的关注。垃圾是一种“未被开发利用的资源”，而且是一种总量在不断增长的资源。由于垃圾中转站和垃圾场的布局和数量、垃圾收集、运输及处理措施不完善，造成了“垃圾围城”的现象，城市的生态环境和居民的身体健康受到了严重影响。来自2012年全国两会的一组数据显示：我国2/3的城市被垃圾包围，1/4已无垃圾填埋场可选。目前，垃圾处理仍以填埋为主，占90%以上。这意味着我们每扔掉一袋垃圾后，这袋垃圾的90%会挤占我们的生存空间。因此，城市垃圾点布局和垃圾处理
