As a special group in the modern society, it is our countrys peculiar urban and rural system of product of two yuan, is Chinas reform and opening up and the industrialization, urbanization process in the emergence of a new type of labor force. The issue of migrant workers is nowadays one of the most important issues, related to the construction of socialistic new rural area, matter to our country economy development. Construction of migrant workers as migrant workers in a big class, accounting for about 1/3 of the total number of migrant workers, their work has large labor intensity, high risk factor. Migrant workers of their own development and the social development certain relation exists, so it is necessary for us to understand the basic needs of migrant workers, migrant workers in order to better conditions for development. In order to better understand the migrant workers, our group mainly in Shaanxi three construction projects limited liability company of migrant workers in the contract, pay, labor insurance, childrens education, facing the most prominent problem to make thorough investigation, and found the existing problems of migrant workers, through this investigation we want more in-depth understanding of the lives of migrant workers, income, work, such as school children of migrant workers, let us feel the urgent situation also need the wide attention of the branch.
