Basing on rights analysis of medical clinical practice participants who include patients, medical students, clinical teacher, we can discuss in depth the contradictions of maintaining rights between them. And through planning jointly so as to take into consideration the involved Clinical practice participants’, especially medical students’ and patients’, long profits and current profits, social profits and individual profits, we could find valid countermeasures to weaken the interest conflict owing to the contradictions of maintaining rights between them.
