本科毕业设计 论文 题目：喀什经济特区的设立对西部经济发展的 影响 教学单位： 经济管理一系 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 学 号： 100座机电话号码 姓 名： 杨 旭 东 指导教师： 孙 熠 2014年 05月 摘 要 经济特区是在国内划定一定的地域范围，在从事对外经济贸易关系时采取比国内其他地区更为宽松灵活的特殊政策地区。自改革开放30年至今，经济特区在经济快速发展过程中一直起着十分重要的作用。2010年5月20日中央召开了新疆工作会议，决定设立喀什经济特区，标志着喀什地区经济将实现跨越式发展，西部其他地区也将会受喀什经济特区设立的影响，从大开发的经济战略迈向大开放战略，喀什经济特区在建设的过程之中，在承接国家给予的各项产业政策的同时，也必然会遇到各种各样的问题。 本文将从喀什地区的自身特点出发，分析喀什地区的优势与不足及在经济特区建设过程中可能会遇到的问题，提出相应的对策与建议，旨在为喀什地区经济的进一步繁荣寻找一条可持续发展的道路。 关键词：改革开放; 发展; 经济特区; 影响 Abstract Special economic zone is the delineation of a certain region in the domestic, take more special policy area a more flexible than other parts of China in foreign economic and trade relations.
