用理念引领课改 凭智慧点燃火焰 ——静宁县第四届“教学新秀、能手”赛讲高中地理组决赛的总结与感悟 （二〇一三年十二月二十五日） 静宁一中 胡汉东 尊敬的各位领导、各位老师： 大家下午好！ 为期三天的我县第四届“教学新秀、教学能手”课堂赛讲活动即将落下帷幕。在此，我首先代表地理学科七位评委老师，衷心感谢县教育局给了我们这样一个学习借鉴、参与提升的学习机会，也感谢各位参赛老师，正是你们呈现的亮点迭出、精彩纷呈的课堂教学，让每一位听课老师感受到高山流水、如浴春风般的默契与愉悦！从而一起度过了这紧张、充实、愉悦的三天时间，相信无论每一位参与者，其启迪和影响将是巨大和深远的！也衷心感谢二中领导和老师给我们工作上的大力支持和生活上的悉心关照。 在本次地理课堂赛讲活动中，评委们严格按照县局安排部署和二中领导的指导意见，以饱满的工作热情、务实的工作作风，统一标准、规范操作，保证了本次决赛的规范性、公平性和公正性。诚如苏格拉底所说的那样：“教育不是灌输，而是点燃火焰”。 本次决赛就是我县教育同仁面对新课程要求，不甘平庸、积极践行，用激情焕发活力、用智慧点燃教育火焰的积极尝试，也是我县继不久前平凉市课堂讲赛活动之后，又一次教改成果、教学水平的集中展示。下面，我代表本届七位评委老师，对本次活动中所呈现的亮点、存在的问题、后期教学建议三个方面做一简要总结，不妥之处，敬请各位领导、老师们批评指正。 一、课堂教学所呈现的主要亮点 （一）教学理念先进。新课程教学关注更多的是学生学习的参与性、教学内容的生活性、教学方法的灵活性、教学评价的多元性和观察方法的技术性。在每一节课堂上，每位教师都能够面向全体学生，进行探究性学习教师学生学习促进者服务调控合作。 “学生原有的知识和经验是教学活动的起点”“真教育是心心相印的活动，唯独从心里发出来的，才能打到心的深处”，今天的教育现实有着强烈的针对性。 coupling Centre shall be checked, the second poured concrete strength of more than 70%.
