茂名市公务卡管理系统 使用手册 茂名市财政局 广州用友政务软件有限公司 二〇一一年三月 1.系统说明 1.1业务流程 1.2系统登陆 登陆『茂名市财政信息大平台』，点击〖公务卡管理〗栏目即可。 2.业务处理 2.1公务卡账户信息管理 查看本单位公务卡账户相关信息，依次点击菜单【公务卡信息管理】----》【公务卡账户信息管理】，进入「公务卡账户登记薄」，如下图 注：状态选择“已开卡”，方能查看有效的账户信息。 2.2刷卡信息管理 2.2.1消费信息获取（两种途径） A类:刷卡还款（通过信用卡消费的） 依次点击菜单【刷卡信息管理】----》【刷卡信息获取】，进入「刷卡信息登记薄」， 选择卡号、交易时间，输入交易金额，再点击『查看刷卡信息』，如下图 成功获取到刷卡信息后，双击打开该条记录，进入编制界面，输入报销金额后，点击『保存』，如下图 然后再点击『生成还款记录』，如下图 B类:现金还款（不通过信用卡消费的） 依次点击菜单【刷卡信息管理】----》【刷卡信息获取】，进入「刷卡信息登记薄」， 点击『现金报销』，如下图 进入编制页面，手工录入相关报销数据，如下图 点击『保存』，如下图 保存成功后，点击『生成还款记录』，如下图 2.2.2审核还款记录 依次点击菜单【刷卡信息管理】----》【还款记录审核】，进入「还款记录登记薄」， 选择未审核页签，勾选记录，再点击『审核』，如下图 2.3公务卡授权支付凭证生成 2.3.1还款记录生成授权支付凭证 （1）点击菜单【公务卡授权支付凭证生成】，进入「还款记录生成授权支付凭证」页面，如下图 （2）然后双击相应额度数据进入授权额度使用明细信息授权额度使用明细信息 用友政务助力电子政务成功 coupling Centre shall be checked, the second poured concrete strength of more than 70%.
