中央广播电视大学 毕业论文 题目：客户管理系统 专 业： 计算机 年 级： 10秋 学 号： 1023001253778 学生姓名： 刘景波 指导老师： 王玉哲 论文完成日期 2012 年11 月 摘要：随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，信息管理系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，本文介绍了在Visual FoxPro6.0环境下采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发一个客户资料管理信息系统的过程。通过分析某一单位客户资料管理工作的不足，创建了一套行之有效的计算机管理。文章介绍了该信息系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、业务流程分析等；系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计；系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，并附带了一些主要的窗口和程序。 本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。 随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高客户管理的效率,也是科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。关键字 Abstract Along with the information technology in the management of an increasing depth and a wide range of applications, information management system in the implementation of technology has gradually matured.
