年产10千吨八宝粥课程设计说明书 摘要 八宝粥这一既新颖而又古老的食品以其色泽柔和、香味浓郁深受消费者的青睐。传统的八宝粥在配料上以谷物为主,难免造成营养不全面、色泽太单一的问题。为了改善这一现象。本文介绍了一种新型营养八宝粥—海带八宝粥。海带是地球上含碘最丰富的食物之一。并且含有多种有机酸和丰富的Ca、K、P、Fe、Go、Ge等矿物质元素,富含VA、VB和VD。 本设计主要是进行年产10kt吨八宝粥车间设计。本设计从各条件出发，选择以杂粮谷物为主料，海带为辅料。针对10kt吨八宝粥项目的需要，进行了全厂总平面设计、车间平面设计、产品方案及工艺论证、设备选型、物料衡算、全厂卫生安全、辅助部门等研究与设计。 八宝粥未来的发展方向，应是走产品功能化，相信之后养身保健等功能的八宝粥会日益丰富起来，更实用，更丰富的八宝粥产品会一一浮出市场。 Abstract Mixed Congee is both new and ancient food with its soft colors, rich flavor favored by consumers. The ingredients of traditional Mixed Congee is grain-based, the result that nutritional is not comprehensive and color too single. This paper introduces a new type of nutritional mixed congee- Seaweed Rice Pudding. Kelp is one of the richest foods containing iodine on Earth and contains a variety of organic acids and rich in Ca, K, P, Fe, Go, Ge and other minerals, rich in VA, VB and VD. The design is mainly for workshop-design an annual 10kt tones of rice pudding. Starting from each condition, choosing a program that grain-based, seaweed for accessories. The whole plant had total graphic design, graphic design workshop, product solutions and technology demonstration, equipment selection, material balance, health and safety. Rice pudding will become increasingly rich, more practical and more mixed congee products will be floating market.
