附件 - 項目簡介 Appendix – Project Summary 1 改造貧窮社區 劏房戶、寮屋及漁民村合作房屋 一間非牟利建築設計事務所計劃提供切實的解決方案，改善香港三種貧困社區的房屋，包括劏房，寮屋區和漁民合作社房屋，提高貧困社區的生活水平。通過創新的設計和家居改造，致力為香港持續的住屋問題提供創新的解決方案。 1 A Better Life in Adequate Homes Underprivileged communities: fisherman cooperative housingub-divided units A group of architects started an initiative to provide feasible solutions to improve the living standards of underprivileged communities residing in sub-divided houses, village squatter houses and fishermen’s cooperative housing in Hong Kong. Applying sophisticated architectural design and home modification techniques, the initiative strives to provide innovative solutions for ongoing housing problems in Hong Kong. 2 香港製造及香港設計品牌進駐傳統高檔時裝市場 低技術工人及新來港人士 為一家本地時裝品牌，透過聘用及培訓因個別行業息微而失業的工人及新移民，如三行、建築、保安及快遞等職業，為社會轉型提供具彈性的勞動力。 2 A Brand Made in HK Designed by Up-scale Fashion Capitals Low-skill workers A local up-scale designer brand is focused on providing job opportunities to those made jobless because of economic restructuring. Targeting low-skilled industrial workers and labourers, such as handymen, as well as security staff, couriers, and newly arrived immigrants, the project helps increase the size and diversity of the workforce in the community. 3 Alchemist 殘疾人士及精神病復康者 由本地設計師及年輕人組成的Alchemist，運用創意和善用社會資源，在本地的庇護工場裡，將工藝和工業結合，製作出獨一無二的作品。Alchemist更重視整個設計系統與工場的學員和導師一起設計及安排合適的工序，為的不只要提升學員的技術，還希望客人從作品中，欣賞學員的精湛工藝，從而成就一個可持續發展的社會創新工業。 3 Alchemist People with disability, rehabilitators Formed by a group of young designers and creative talents, Alchemist combines handcraft production with social innovation. The emerging brand designs and manufactures sustainable and high value products by using various kinds of social resources. The project engages and empowers people with disability and special needs who work at shelter workshops by optimisation of workflow and workplace. 4 E家到護送服務 長者及退休人士 計劃將因應長者及家庭需要，開發「E家到護送服務」軟件程式即時處理預約，迅速轉介及配對合適家居護送員提供護送服務。計劃將聘用及培訓「耆青人士」擔任家居護送工作。 4 E Home-based Escort Service El
