On the status of employment of graduates of Chinese universities analysis to explore the reasons for the current plight of college graduates, college students come mainly due to the high subjective expectations, adjusting universities lag, guidance is not strong, national employment policies are less developed and the regional economy, industry structure is irrational. Solve the employment problem college, college students should reduce high expectations, universities should strengthen the adjustment and guiding role that the state should improve employment policies, coordination of regional economic development, industrial restructuring, in order to solve our problems at this stage the plight of university graduates.
