瑞安君汇项目效果图反馈意见 关于此次效果图公司提交的初步效果图，我方认为整体没有体现出项目的气质和调性，具体而言： 色调方面：整体色调偏离之前沟通的色调。 本项目效果图的整体色调应偏暖色调，而目前的色调相对偏冷。我方希望呈现出来的日景的色调应偏金色，体现出建筑的光影效果和整体质感，而夜景的色调应偏暖红色，体现出由黄昏即将入夜时都市核心的灯火璀璨感。 质感方面：无法体现出建筑体本身的质感。 整体效果图从玻璃幕墙的质感、园林的质感以及周边环境的质感的表现上都略有欠缺，应通过细节的处理提高整体的质感，如建筑的光影效果、玻璃幕墙细节的体现。 细节方面：内外细节之处还需深化。 本项目效果图的内外环境和氛围还需进一步深化，以至于体现出项目内部的高品质居住环境（现图类似办公环境）和外部切实的各类环境。需真实体现项目周边的盈科中心、兆龙饭店、三里屯village、1949会所院落等，以及项目东侧建筑。 除以上三点意见之外，针对此次提交的效果图，另有细节意见在以下进行说明： 需注意左侧道路和内部园林的角度。目前左侧道路和内部园林的角度感觉有些扭曲。 公园远处不要虚化，整体需体现透亮的感觉。 注意项目西侧的建筑为现实中不存在的建筑，另外此图体现不出三里屯的整体环境和氛围（使馆区、三里屯village、三里屯酒吧街）。 建筑内部是否有柱子？且内部不应为办公环境。另外注意CCTV与周边建筑的主次关系。 注意项目周边建筑环境和整体色调。 整体感觉很好，但需注意色调。另外下面的建筑建议剪裁掉一部分以突出我方项目本身。 需注意大门细节的渲染，如灯、水景墙等。另外门口的车建议换为更高级一些的车。 注意整体色调及细节的渲染。 典晶机构 2011.01.05 letters and calls, and do practical things for the masses combine good, effective through reaching people at the service of the last mile.
