济南市机场小学2013年下半年教学教研工作计划 一、指导思想 2013年下半年机场小学教研工作，以贯彻落实十八大提出的努力办人民满意的优质教育为指导思想，以党的十八大精神为支撑，深化“实施优质教研，促进师生发展”的教研理念，不断适应教育改革发展的新形势，着力促进教育思想和教学方式的转变，全面提高教师教学水平和学生学业成绩。 二、工作重点 （一） 关注常态课堂，重视学法指导，进一步提高机场小学课堂教学质量。 本学期我校将继续着力打造“魅力课堂”。分层次、分类别、有主题地强化对课堂教学的研究和指导。注重课堂教学的规范性。加强课堂教学质量监测，确保教学实效。对青年教师实行听“推门课”制度。随堂听和跟踪听课相结合。并对任课教师进行指导和反馈，帮助教师改进课堂，总结经验，以期更好的提高我校课堂教学水平，促进课堂教学质量的全面提高。 （二）加强教研建设 结合学校实际情况，本学期将加大教研力度，尤其是发挥教研组的集体力量，加强集体备课，充分调动全体任课教师的潜能，树立大教研观，集合大家智慧，分享教研成果。本学期，每学科教研组将集体备课两次，至少有两稿教案，第一稿在组内讲，集体备课后的第二讲将在学校公示，老师们根据自己的时间选择听课。为了促进教师的互相学习，每位老师一学期至少听本校10节课，学校将在期中和期末与作业备课一起检查评比。 （三）积极参加全省教师远程研修，进一步提高学科教师整体素质。 2013年全省教师远程研修从9月开始进入磨课阶段，通过专题学习、案例研讨与实践反思，进一步加深对先进教育理论和教师职业操守的认识，帮助教师更好的掌握教研工作的基本技能和技术，提升其专业素养与研究创性能力，促进教师向专家型、智慧型研究者转变，提升教师团队的整体研究水平。 （四）抓好教研课题研究，提升教研工作水平，着力促进教研成果转为教育生产力 积极召开课题组研讨会，以我校数学“小学数学课堂中学生错误资源的整理与分析研究”教学研究，和已通过申报的“中国基础教育语文教学研究十二五规划课题培养人格启智慧 conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
