牛流行熱病毒誘發細胞凋亡機制及訊息傳遞途徑之研究 Studies on the Mechanism and Signal Transduction Pathway of Bovine Ephemeral Fever Virus-Induced Apoptosis 研究生：林祈宏 Chi-Hung Lin 指導教授：劉宏仁 Liu,Hung-Jen 【摘要】 牛流行熱 bovine ephemeral fever virus, BEFV 已實誘發胞凋亡apoptosis ，但其誘發機制及至今清楚。本研究UV-inactivated BEFV、cycloheximide CHX 及lysosmotropic agent NH4Cl 抑制病毒蛋白質合成 viral protein synthesis 及病毒脫鞘 viral uncoating ，發現BEFV誘發細胞凋亡需要透過病毒。 【Abstract】 Bovine ephemeral fever virus BEFV is known to induce apoptosis in BHK-21 and Vero cell lines, but the mechanisms and precise pathway behind this apoptosis induction are still fully un
