我国金融产业发展的财富效应 摘要：推进经济发展、提高居民收入是增进人民福利的重要源泉。金融是现代经济的核心，具有推进经济增长、影响收入分配的效应。综观国内文献可以发现，关于金融发展与经济增长的关系研究中，大都以具体的某一（些）省市区为考察样本且都主要着手于金融发展与农民收入增长之间的关系上，而对中国31个省市区的综合研究较少。为此，本文利用1997—2005年间31个省市区的金融经济数据,采用面板数据模型对金融发展和城乡收入的关系开展实证研究。结果表明:金融发展与城乡收入关系不能停留在东、中、西部的区域大层次上，而必须深入到各省市区层面开展分析；我国金融发展扩大了城乡收入差距；区域金融发展还不能满足区域经济发展的需要。 关键字： 金融发展； 经济增长； 面板数据模型 Wealth effects of financial development in China Abstract: Financial development has a large impact on economy growth and income growth. Most research which analyze the relationship between financial development and economic growth show the relationship between financial development and farmer income growth or analyze one (some) Provinces’ financial development only. Thus ,this paper uses panal data model to analyze empirically the data from the 31 provinces in order to reveal the relationship between finance development and income difference in urban and rural areas in China during the period of 1997- 2005. We find that the differences in the relationship between financial development and income gap in urban and rural areas not only lies in Eastern and Western regions but also in the 31 provinces ,and what’s more, the financial development in the present stage of China has expanded the income gap in urban and rural areas .last but not the least, provincial finance development cannot satisfy the need of provincial economy growth. Key Words: financial development；economic growth ；panal data model 金融发展与经济增长关系问题是一个古老而永恒的问题。自从戈德史密斯(1969) 、麦金农(1973)和肖(1973)创立金融发展理论以来, 经济学家逐渐认识到金融体系在动员储蓄、分散风险、甄别项目、监控企业以及平滑交易等方面对经济增长具有显著的正向作用。 一、金融发展与收入分配文献概览 综观国内外研究，早期经济学家很少正式研究金融发展对收入的影响。20世纪90年代以后,经济学家们从不同的角度, 运用不同的数理方法对金融发展与收入差距、贫困的关系,展开了研究。综合他们的观点主要有一下几种：金融发展与收入分配服从倒U型关系；金融发展降低收入分配差距论和金融发展扩大收入差距论。下面就对以上几种观点进行简要阐述。 （一）金融发展与收入分配服从倒U关系 对金融发展与收入分配差距关系进行正式的研究始于Greenwood and Jovanovic（1990）在一个静态模型（简称GJ模型）中讨论了经济增长、金融发展和收入分配三者之间的关系。他们在假设个人有两种可供选择的投资方式（投资于收益较低无风险资产或者投资办企业）的前提下，证明了由于存在部门的门槛财富水平，在经济和金融发展早期，金融市场不发达，穷人由于没有能力支付成本而不能享受到金融服务，但穷人会保持比富人
