In modern societyruled by law， the legal consumption attitude that enjoy law， consume lawhas been gradually formed. The preventive legal services model has also temporarily outcroppedtop. Under the backgroundof enlarging legal education scale and increasingly fierce competition， the new situation of the legal consumption and service markets have given new challenges to law practice teaching in universities. As a guide to the social demands of the legal profession， establishing a social interactivepractice teaching model is legal education’s response to meet social needs， to develop legal professional abilities， to achieve social functions of education services. 　　Key words： Legal Consumption； Legal Services； Social Interactive； Practice Teaching 　　1. The content of the legal consumption and legal 　　service market 　　In law society， we can see law as a special social public goods provided by the legal government for the majority of taxpayers.[1] 　　Legal services can be divided into a broad sense and a narrow sense. In a narrow senserefers to legal services to qualified body， in accordance with certain physical specifications and procedural norms， to carry out legal services， safeguard the legitimate interests of the client， maintaining proper implementation of laws to promote social stability， economic development and legal system building activities. Broad legal services should include judicial body exercising judicial powers provided legal services. 　　Legal service and service market mean that the consumersconsume lawcommodity， providingthe subject of legalservice with legal service events. 　　2.
