They invited a number of overseas companies to come to bid, and selected ?the appropriate ones. 2003年下半年,双龙汽车公司欲出售股权,遂邀请多家海外企业前来投标,从中遴选合适的购买对象。 上汽收购双龙事件始末 On October28, 2004, SAIC ?bought?48.92% ?of ?Ssangyongs ?stakes at a price of $5 billion, and Ssangyong became ?a brand of the SAIC.
