自学考试“专接本” 毕 业 论 文 作 者： 杨军梅 学 号： 1021134 专 业： 商务管理（本科段） 题 目： 基于文化结构视角的 跨文化商务交际能力提升 指 导 者： 丁 婷 2014 年 4 月 南 京 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 在全球化进程日益加深的今天，跨文化交际成为了人们日常生活的一部分。“跨文化交际”这个词的的英语是“cross-cultural communication （或者inter-cultural communication）”。它是指一个语言的使用者们与其他的语言使用者们之间的语言交际等， 也可以指有文化或语言差异时人们之间进行的谈话和交际活动。比如说，你在和外国人打交道的时候，因为有一定的语言和文化背景的差异，有些问题你就应该要特别的注意，而且要知道自己应该以什么样的方式和方法去和他们得体大方的交流。文化差异不仅体现在不同文化背景的个体人们身上，而且也反映在不同国家和地区的社会组织形式上。文化交际是合作的开始，因此，在跨文化商务交际活动中,提高跨文化交际能力是保证跨文化商务交际顺利进行的前提条件。但由于时间、场合、气氛的不同，常常需要从事国际商务活动的人员们学会理解并且适应不同国家的文化和习俗，了解不同国家和地区在社会结构、宗教、伦理、语言、教育方面的特殊性，采取一些语言表达上的策略和技巧以推进商务交际成功进行。 关键词：跨文化交际；跨文化交际能力；文化背景；文化差异；商务活动 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title: Enhance the cross cultrual communication ability of Structure based on the perspective of culture Abstract: Nowadays, cross-cultural communication is one of the most important components in intercultural communication competence. As the the world becomes more globalized and the science-technology revolution advances with high speed, cross-cultural communication has become a part of people’s daily life. It not only refers to a language ethnic researchers and other language ethnic language communicative etc, but also can refer to a cultural or linguistic differences of conversation and communication activities.
