毕业设计论文 双功能温度报警器的设计与制作 院 系 航空电子电气工程学院 专 业 应用电子 班 级 电子1102 学 号 姓 名 指导老师 二Ο一四年 五 月 十 日 诚信声明 本人郑重声明：所呈交的大专毕业论文（设计），是本人在指导老师的指导下，独立进行研究所取得的成果。尽我所知，除了设计（论文）中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。本人完全意识到本声明的法律结果由本人承担。 毕业论文（设计）作者签名： 2014 年 5 月 10 日 双功能温度报警器 摘要 本设计应用铜热电阻Cu50传感器经过放大整流滤波报警等过程实现双功能温度报警器设计。针对题目设计四个模块，分别为电桥电路，放大电路，比较电路和报警电路四个部分，实现温度在高温和低温时，进行声控报警。 应用本文针对本实验项目“双功能温度报警器电路设计”的要求，设计通过调节电阻的阻值可以将温度控制在一定范围内，超出范围的电路通过BL进行自动报警。从温度传感器电路的工作原理出发，先大致的确定了各模块的结构作用，再由总体到内部进行了详细的设计。在设计过程中，我们根据我们的实验要求，先确定了实验模块的器件，分析了器件的参数选择，形成初步的电路原理图，再逐步的完善，最后测试通过仿真,最后做成了一个双功能温度报警器。本设计有精度高，稳定性好等优点。 关键词：温度传感器；报警电路；窗口比较器；双功能 ABSTRACT This design used copper heat resistance Cu50 alarm sensors are amplified rectifier filtering process such as temperature alarm design to realize double functions. In view of the subject design four modules, respectively for the bridge circuit, amplifying circuit, compare circuit and alarm circuit four parts, realize the temperature in the high and low temperature, the acoustic alarm. Application based on the experiment project dual function temperature alarm circuit design requirements, design by adjusting the resistance to temperature control of resistance within a certain range, beyond the scope of the circuit through the BL automatic alarm. In the light of the principle of temperature sensor circuit, first roughly determine the structure of the function of each module, and from the overall to the internal has carried on the detailed design. In the design process, we according to our experimental requirements, make sure the experiment module, the final test by simulation finally make a double temperature alarm function.
