Key Words: marriage; religion; offer sacrifices to gods. 摘要 : 本文立足于中国的春秋战国时代,西方的中世纪这两个特定的历史时期中西方婚姻制度的规定,对中西方婚姻分别从结婚的目的、婚姻成立的要件、当事人在婚姻中的地位、婚姻的形式等方面进行论述,探求中西方古代婚姻理念的异同及其原因,以期为中国未来的法治建设提供思路 关键词: 婚姻; 宗教; 祭祀; 论中西方礼仪文化差异及原因 Abstract: Different social etiquettes cause misunderstanding and conflict between Chinese and Western people. The basic reason is culture shock.
