我国企业人力资本投资探析 摘要：随着知识经济的到来、高新技术产业的迅猛发展，企业的经济结构呈现出明显的变化，人力资本已经成为继企业传统物质和资本、技术和设备之后推动企业不断发展的“第三资本”。在这样的大背景下，我国企业的人力资本投资状况却不容乐观。仍存在着人力资本投资总量不足、结构不合理、浪费现象严重、职业培训和终身教育体系不健全等突出性问题。因此，要改善我国企业人力资本投资现况，必须真正把人力资本投资作为企业发展的战略性目标，切实明确企业自身经营战略，制定企业人力资源发展规划，建立企业人力资本投资风险评估机制，完善现代企业制度，重视员工对企业的忠诚度，营造和谐的企业文化氛围，并以此来促进企业的全面发展。 关键词：企业人力资本；人力资本投资；人力资本投资风险；对策 Analysis of enterprise human capital investment in China Abstract: With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of high-tech industries, showing a notable change in the economic structure of the enterprises, human capital has become the traditional material and capital, technology and equipment promote the continued development of the enterprise after the third capital. In this context, enterprises human capital investment in China should not be optimistic. There is still a total lack of investment in human capital, structure reasonable, serious waste, vocational training and lifelong education system is not sound, and other prominent issues. Therefore, in order to improve the status of the enterprise human capital investment in China, must be true as a corporate strategic objectives for the development of human capital investment, and clear their own business strategy, formulation of human resource development planning, the establishment of enterprise human capital investment risk assessment mechanism, perfect a modern enterprise system, value their loyalty to the enterprise, and create a harmonious corporate culture, and to promote the comprehensive development of the enterprise.
