浅谈新闻侵权民事责任的抗辩事由 【内容摘要】：我国《新闻法》Though our countrys “Law of News” didnt implement until now, some related laws of news torts have been prevailed in the law circles, press circles and other fields in the society. In this kind of conflicts, the press institution usually cant protect themselives powerfully, which becomes an obstacle of the development of our press course and democratic construction. Here I would like to talk about the conditions in which the tort of the press institution can be rid of duty and the reasons why we contend this should be duty-free as well. ?【Key words】： news torts
