聚乙烯醇-氧化铋人体血管3D可视化 石小田1，易西南1，秦将钧2，黄海伟2， 黄卫华3，汪坤菊1，罗 刚1，胡爱华1 （1.海南医学院人体解剖学教研室；2. 海南医学院附属医院CT室，海口 571101；3.常德职业技术学院人体解剖学教研室，常德 41500） [摘要] 目的：探索应用新型血管造影剂氧化铋与新载体聚乙烯醇水溶胶，配制为管道填充剂对人体血管进行灌注，经CT扫描后进行血管3D可视化研究。方法：1.以1.5、2.0、2.5 、3.0g氧化铋分别与10%的聚乙烯醇水溶胶10 ml配制成填充材料，做成10 ml注射器棒状铸件CT扫描，筛选最佳氧化铋浓度；2.采用最佳氧化铋浓度填充剂进行新鲜尸体血管灌注，X线摄影，CT扫描，Mimics10.01或3d-Doctor软件进行血管三维重建。结果：以最佳浓度0.25g/ml氧化铋-聚乙烯醇填充剂灌注的血管标本，X线摄影下标本动脉血管显影清晰，细小血管也充分显示； CT连续扫描断面图像血管显影均匀，三维重建所得图像清晰，管道饱满，边缘连续平滑，无齿状伪影。结论：聚乙烯醇-氧化铋填充剂是一种理想的适用于人体血管3D可视化研究的新型材料。 [关键词] 聚乙烯醇；氧化铋；血管造影术；3D可视化 The human body angiography with polyvinyl alcohol and oxy-bismuth Shi Xiao-tian,Yi Xi-nan,Qin Jiang-ju,et al.
