摘 要 随着市场经济的发展，我国中小企业得到了快速发展，企业对社会的贡献日益增大，社会保障制度建设严重滞后于其经济发展速度，寻求问题所在是解决民营中小企业社会保障问题的关键。Abstract With the development of the market economy, china has witnesses a rapid growth of SME. SME has made great contribution to the development of the society and played a more and more important role in the economy. But the development of enterprises and social stability was hindered because of the bad social security systems. Social security system has lagged far behind its economic growth, and main way to solve the problem to settle down from the problems of social security in SME. There are many factors involved to solve this problem, subjective factors and objective factors, micro and macro factors. In this thesis, I will explain the social security-related theories and models, find out the problems and causes, propose some effective countermeasures. It is an important issue for China’s social security if we can take some effective measures to change the situation of it in SME. To solve this problem, we should start from The training and effective-countermeasures taking of the social security and micro-macro-environment.
