摘 要 建筑给排水工程设计内容常见的有室内给水工程、室内排水工程、室内消防工程等。选择最佳方案的要求是运行可靠、投资省、节水节能、无污染、维护管理方便，使用时间长等。国际贵宾楼是一栋具餐饮、娱乐、宾馆为一体的十六层综合性大楼。本设计的主要任务是对这栋建筑分别进行冷水给水系统、热水给水系统和排水系统、消火栓灭火系统、自动喷淋灭火系统以及灭火器的配置，这些方面的工程设计。该建筑属于高层建筑，高层建筑对于给排水设计有更高的要求，应考虑竖向分区问题、确定压力是否满足要求或是否存在超压问题。高层建筑的消防主要立足于“自救”，所以在消防给水系统的设置、系统的供水方式、消防器材设备的选配等方面均有更高的要求。 本设计第一章介绍了建筑给排水工程及其设计特色，第二章是对设计方案的论证，包括系统的组成、系统方式的分类及选择，设备的选择以及管道布置方式等的论证。第三章重点阐述各个系统的设备及管道的布置方式。第四章是详细计算各个系统，包括水量的计算、设备数据的计算，管径的选择及管道的水力计算，高位水箱安装高度及市政给水管网水压校核等的计算，第五章介绍了个系统管道的敷设要求。 关键词：高层建筑、给水系统、热水系统、排水系统、消防系统 Abstract Commonly speaking, water supply and sewerage works of the building consists of indoor water supply and drainage engineering, indoor fire control project etc. The best design must be featured by reliability, water and energy-saving, low investment, no-pollution and has an easy access to repair and control.Water supply and drainage design of Tangshan international VIP floor is a 16 layer comprehensive building which serves food and beverage, accommodation as well as entertainment. The main task of this paper is to make a design for this hotel, which includes cold water supply system, hot water supply and sewerage system, fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system and configurations of fire extinguishers. And the fire control of the high-rise building mainly bases on “saving oneself”, thus it requires a more strict design in areas such as fire water supply system, way of water supply, fire-fighting equipment and so on. This hotel is a high-rise one, thus we need to take pressure into consideration to make sure there’s enough water pressure and no overpressure. The first chapter of this paper introduces water supply and sewerage works of the building and the characteristics of the design.
