中国企业走出去与可持续发展 院 系：经济管理学院 专 业 班：国贸0801 姓 名：刘剑锋 学 号：20081311005 指导老师：刘海云 2012年4月  中国企业走出去与可持续发展 Chinese Enterprises to Go Out and Sustainable Development  摘要 十一届三中全会确立改革开放方针后，我国企业开始尝试进入国际市场。十五大“充分利用国际国内两个市场、两种资源”的提出，使得我国企业介入国际市场的步伐进一步加快。2000年，党中央确立实施“走出去”战略作为一条重要建议被写入《十五计划纲要》。党的十六大报告再次指出，实施走出去战略是对外开放新阶段的重大举措。实施走出去战略，是把改革开放推向新阶段的重大举措，也是实现科学发展观的重要一环。 经济全球化已是现代世界经济不可逆转的发展趋势。目前各国企业开展国际化经营成为一种潮流，并推动着经济全球化的进程。在新的国际经济环境中，中国企业能否利用国外资源和国际市场为自己拓展生存空间，实现持续发展并在发展经济中取得新的突破，是关系到中国经济今后发展全局和前景的重大战略问题。走出去战略是中国适应经济全球化潮流的客观需要，对实现中国国民经济可持续发展和中国企业自身发展有着深远的意义。 关键词：改革开放;走出去;经济全球化;可持续发展 Abstract The third plenary session of the reform and opening up policy established, our country enterprise began to try to enter the international market.
