SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT (SCC) 合同特殊条款 Special condition of the contract (SCC) below is amendment or supplementary to general condition of the contract (GCC). If there is any provisions contrast, special conditions of the contract shall take priority to be applied. Provisions marked with number article SCC means supplementary and amendment of GCC equivalent to the attached number.
