河北省农村基础设施建设与农民增收问题研究 摘要：农民增收必须要有现代的农村基础设施作为支撑，而现阶段农村基础设施严重滞后于农村发展的需要，进而影响农民收入的增加。本文在农村基础设施概念的基础上，从生产性，服务性，社会性的基础设施分析了我省农村基础设施滞后的表现，以及导致滞后的原因，并阐述了农民增收的现状及其在增加农民收入中的作用和地位以及制约农民增收的主要制约因素（农村基础设施落后）。最后分析了农村基础设施建设与农民增收的关系并提出了增加农民收入的途径：加强农村基础设施建设。 关键字：农村基础设施 农民增收 制约因素 Abstract: Increasing income of farmers’ should be based on the construction of modern rural basic infrastructure, but the latter is lagged behind the demand of rural developing, so influence the rise of farmers’ income.
