小学初任教师职业适应力及调查分析
摘 要
在知识、信息飞速发展,文化、科技日新月异的今天,教师肩负着保存、传承、创新文化的艰巨使命,为此,教师队伍建设问题越来越受到各界的关注。教师在进入工作岗位后必须要面临现实的冲击、角色的转化、能力的累积,同时还要置身于骤然复杂的人际关系和繁重的工作之中,这对于刚入职的初任教师来说是一项艰巨的挑战。如何适应这一系列的变革对日后教师形成正确合理的角色认同、提升教育教学与综合管理工作的有效性以及保持工作满意度、留任率和职业持久性都会产生根本且深远的影响。为此,了解初任教师的职业适应性水平、探寻包括基本心理需求满足水平在内的各种因素对适应性的影响,从而帮助初任教师快速、有效地进行入职适应对于促进教师专业化发展和教师队伍建设具有很大意义。
本研究提出了初任教师专业发展的理论和策略,以帮助初任教师顺利渡过职业生涯关键期,成长为一名合格教师。为使研究结果更具有实用价值和理论意义,本研究主要采取了问卷调查法调查了咸阳当地的若干所小学的初任教师,并通过调查结果总结出了小学初任教师普遍面临的职业困境,并对初任教师职业不适应的原因进行了总结和分析,最后基于分析的结果提出了增强小学初任教师适应力的相关对策。

Abstract
In the rapid development of knowledge,information,culture,science and tech-nology change rapidlytoday,teachers shoulder the preservation,inheritance,innovation and cultural mission,therefore,the construction of teaching staff is more and more attention from all walks of life.In the meantime,teachers must face the reality of the impact,the transformation of the role,the ability of accumulation,but also in a complex inter- personal relationship and hard work,this is a daunting challenge for the newly recruited?teachers for primary.How to adapt to the?change of?a series of effective?role identity,promote education and comprehensive management work?properly?and keep working?satisfaction,?retention?rate and?occupation?persistence?will have an impact?on the formation of?fundamental and?far-reaching future teachers.To this end,various factors affecting the level of occupationadaptability for beginning teachers,including basic psychological need satisfaction level,understanding of?adaptability,so as to help the novice teacher quickly,effectively andentry adaptation for has great significance to promote teachers professional development and teachers team construction.
